The only costs you might need to consider are:

How many families are accepted?

Each trip accommodates 10 families, with multiple trips running throughout the year.

What if we need to cancel?

We understand circumstances can change. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to another family.

Can we apply again if we've traveled with you before?

We prioritise families who haven't traveled with us before, but you're welcome to apply for future opportunities

How soon can we travel?

Once accepted, you can typically travel within 3-6 months, depending on destination availability and passport readiness.
